Recommend it for couples wanting comfort

The staff was genuinely friendly, went out of their way to help. I even saw one lady bring orange juice to a guest after surgery, that's nice. Also the bed was solid, reminded me of a real bed not some cheap imitation.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable.

The staff was very friendly, helpful the pool was great .My grandson wanted to swim all night .

The double room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Loved the shower and the free toiletries. The outdoor pool was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The bed was very soft.

I was in a non smoking room but the smell of other smoking rooms got into mine.

The room was clean and spacious enough for our family with kids. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy. Linda at the front desk stood out. She was helpful and friendly. The convenient location near restaurants and shopping made planning our days simple. The updated decor gave the room a fresh feel, which we liked. There were a few issues. The breakfast choices were limited, not much variety to choose from. Carrying everything up the stairs was a hassle.

The kids loved the biscuits and gravy! And of course, the coffee was great. For vacation purposes, breakfast ending at 9 in the morning is a little early, weekends lasted until 10

Housekeeping services is not good, it was hard to get clean towels and bedding

Linda is a star!

We stayed 5 nights and loved how close it was to places to eat and shop. Big shoutout to Linda at the front desk, she made the check-in super smooth! The room had nice new flooring too. But the shower was kinda wonky, it kept running even when we tried using the tub. Still, we liked it here.

Had a blast at Quality Inn! The friendly staff, and the location was super convenient for local eats like El Cerro Mexican Bar & Grill and Bayside Restaurant. Breakfast wasn't bad either, hitting the spot before my busy day!

The mattress needs replaced. The middle was so sunk, we woke up in pain both mornings. We stayed in a pet room and you could tell. Lots of dog fur built up around the corners. The arm chair was also very broken down and you sink when you sit in it. There was someone else's hair on the shower wall.
